“Fertility Institute of Hawaii was our fifth stop and last effort to expand our family.”
Mom Nalani and her husband Ikaika married in 2011. They immediately began trying to start a family. Three months after getting pregnant, they had a miscarriage. Being that it took them only a few months to get pregnant, they thought that it would only be a matter of months before they got pregnant again.
Months and years went by and they were still unsuccessful conceiving. They tried what seemed like everything and still no luck. The hardest part was not being able to find the root problem. They kept getting the answer, “well, you are still young.” Coming to Fertility
Institute of Hawaii in May 2017, started the couple on the best journey ever. After one unsuccessful IVF procedure, the couple did conceive twins after their second FET.
Little Kailea and Kala’i joined the family on July 5, 2018 and the proud parents couldn’t be any happier.
