More than One Baby Per Day is Born with the Help of Fertility Institute of Hawaii
Here at FIH, our mission is to help create new beginnings for our patients. To know how many babies have been born to either start families or complete them with our help, is the most humbling and rewarding feeling. How Common is Infertility?
Infertility is very common, 1 in 8 couples are affected. One-quarter is attributed to the female partner, One-quarter to the male partner, and one-half is attributed to a combination of problems in both partners or is unexplained.
The Insurance Mandate
Hawaii is only one of fifteen states that has an insurance mandate to offer that covers some level of infertility treatment, depending on the carrier and their specific offerings.
FIH Statistics
FIH statistics are on average 20% higher than the national average for live birth rate. Such a high success rate puts FIH into the top 10% of clinics nationwide.
